Payment

- I take full payment upfront.- Accepted currencies are EUR and DKK.- All payment goes through PayPal.- I do not offer refunds after any work has begun.- If you do not have sufficient references, you will be charged a design fee as listed under each price point.- In the event of a cancellation, the amount refunded will depend on the stage of the commission.- If no work has begun, the amount received will be refunded.- If the commission is in its Sketching stage, half the amount will be refunded.- If the commission is in its Painting stage, no amount will be refunded.- Keep in mind that PayPal will take a cut both ways in all of these instances.- I retain all legal rights to the commission, and purchasing one does not grant you commercial rights. If you are looking for a commercial license, that will be a separate payment to be discussed.

Process

- We will first discuss your ideas for the piece, then work out the details.- Once a general plan has been agreed upon, such as the size, scope and price, an initial sketch will be made once payment has been confirmed.- If needed, multiple "thumbnail" sketches will be made, which are very rough drafts to get the general idea on a canvas. You select one of these, and we proceed.- With this sketch, changes can be made, but I will not completely restart the piece more than once, unless otherwise agreed. When the sketch is approved, the commission will go into the Painting stage.- Once the Painting stage has begun, I will not do major changes to the overall image.- Colour and similarly small changes can always be adjusted, up until the piece has been finished.- Once a piece has been approved as finished, I will not alter it any further unless I personally feel it is needed, such as noticing an error.- I will share Work in Progress if asked for periodically through the process.

Copyright and Usage

**- I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. **- The produced commission is for personal use only. The commissioner retains ownership of the character(s) depicted if applicable.- My work is never to be used in any form of AI, neither in training, nor as a source image, without my explicit permission. My work will never be opted in by default.- My work is never to be sold as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) under any circumstances. If any of my work is ever published or shared as such, it is an entirely illegal transaction and a violation of my intellectual property.- My work is not to be edited or redistributed in any manner without my permission. That includes:
- Removing or cropping my signature out of the image
- Adding any details
- Altering any colours used
- Warping or otherwise distorting the image
- Tracing the image and then claiming it as your own work
- Other alterations that in any way changes the image- If you wish to share my work, credit back to me is required.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to any and all work I have ever done for you will be retracted and I have the right to resell the copyrighted work.You will be forbidden from ever commissioning me ever again.Your name will publicly be posted everywhere I wish as a warning to others.I have every right to file a complaint as I have the rights to the money you have payed me for my work, regardless of your satisfaction with the product.
